Frequently asked questions
What is the minimum rental period ?
Our apartments are not intended for short-term stays. The minimum rental period is 6 months, as required by law, with the option to extend the lease. Please note that early termination of the rental agreement before 6 months is not possible.
What is the monthly price?
The monthly price depends on the length of your stay. Each listing includes a "prices start at..." section. These prices are generally for rental periods of 12 months or longer. Rentals of 6–12 months cost 10–15% more, depending on the apartment. All prices are for one person. If you are two people or have a pet, we will find the best possible price for you based on your requirements.
