How and when do I pay the rent?
The rent and deposit must be paid via bank transfer to our German bank account. The deposit is due when signing the contract, and rent is then paid monthly.
Can I rent an apartment without visiting it?
Yes, you can rent an apartment without visiting it in person. Just get in touch with us, and we'll prepare everything via email and electronic signatures.
Can I register with the local authorities after moving in?
Yes. We will provide a landlord's confirmation of residence, which is required for registration with local authorities.
What is the monthly price?
The monthly price depends on the length of your stay. Each listing includes a prices start at section. Rentals of 6-12 months cost 10-15% more, depending on the apartment.
How do I start the process of renting an apartment?

Is there Internet in the apartment?
Yes, all apartments come with unlimited high-speed internet.
